2024 Contractor Pipeline Safety Culture Assessment Webinar: Ensuring a safety-first focus

INGAA Foundation and DCA are hosting a webinar on January 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. EST to learn about the 2024 Contractor Pipeline Safety Culture Survey, which measures employee perceptions of safety, creating a safer, more resilient organization and an entire industry dedicated to safety excellence. Now more than ever, empowering our workforce to prioritize safety particularly with emerging safety concerns, such as organizational changes, new work processes, along with existing work pressures—it is essential that our industry continues to take every opportunity to find ways to protect our people, the public and elevate the entire industry’s safety standards.

This year marks INGAA Foundations second survey offering over a three-year period and DCA’s first member assessment. Measuring contractor safety culture with members across multiple contractor trade associations allows organizations to identify continuous improvement opportunities, benchmark against aggregate industry metrics, and measure progress over time.  

During this webinar, we will highlight the safety culture assessment process. Additionally, operators and contractors will share their experience participating in previous safety culture assessments.
